Yea big bucks too. They aren't popular with most hunting outfitters as they are hard on land as opposed to traditional pack horses. Read - Jim Shockey...but they are useful for that purpose. Sorry to get this a little off track.

No. thanks for the info,,, this is an old thread and yeah the answer to the OP is buy what float's yer boat,,,, or argo in this case...lol

With tires, Argos are not that god since a quad with a good set of tires will go further. Haven't seen a quad or sxs on tires that will outdo a tracked one yet. There are 5 Argos within our group ranging from 2005 to 2013. Not a huge fan due to their lacklustre build quality, price, reliability and maintenance. The first 2-3 years are fine, but you'll get pretty good a working on them after that. Can't remember the last time that the 2005, and 2010 have made it too the cabin without throwing chains or something else. There's close to 20 ****ing grease nipples and you need to be 6'6" with the hands of a 5. Year old to grease around the motor. Should flip them ever two years, but that's a kick in the balls for depreciation.
