I have the otter xpress trailer. Luv it, can carry up to 1500 lbs. new ones have swivel dump. Mine is just straight dump. Purchased it at peavy mart about 15 years ago or more. Standing up great to all the abuse. Zero problems!

I finally bit the bullet and went with the least expensive one I could find. Picked up the X-moto one from Wholesale Liquidator today. Took about an hour to assemble and to adapt to a 1 7/8" ball hitch. Will report back how it holds up. It seemed well built for a $400 investment.

Yes, my lawn tractor has a 1 7/8" ball on it. The people who owned this place before us put it on and actually put the female end on the lawn sweeper too. Way better than messing around with pins all the time!

The wheels appear to have decent bearings in them too!

Good Day all,

looking into a tub trailer for using behind the quad/garden tractor around the yard, as well as to take out to the bush for firewood or for hunting.

I've been watching kijiji but they all seem to be wanting almost new prices for their trailers.

Has anyone picked up one of these X-Moto Tub Trailers from the Wholesale Liquidation place in Edmonton? https://www.kijiji.ca/v-view-details.html?adId=1494203174

What about the COSTCO ones? https://www.costco.ca/CatalogSearch?dept=All&keyword=atv+trailer

Or does anyone have suggestions on other comparable tub trailers?

The previous owners of this place converted the lawn sweep to be a trailer ball and put a ball on the garden tractor so I have no concerns about not being able to use it in the yard with a ball hitch, but want something that's going to last for years to come.

best one yet that we’ve bought is the big green tandem with the lid from Barrhead Platics. We abuse it year round, it bends like crazy and in super cold weather has never cracked or given us issues. I’ll post a couple pics but it’s a descent trailer, tough and durable.
