HI:Looking for a little information me and my brother bought quads and would like to try them out this Saturday wondering if sand hills in bruderheim is open would someone know if we could go riding there for a few hours and where it is the directions we are very new to atv world.

The Bruderhiem Natural Area doesnt really ever close. Part of the area is park of a Provincial Recreational Area and part is not. Either way to ride there, The cops would say you need registration and insurance for the quads. Where a Helmet and stay of the road.

As far a directions from Edmonton, head east on hiway 16 thru sherwood park. At hiway 21 go north thru fort saskatchewan (hiway 21 becomes hiway 15) or go north on the manning freeway into the fort. Now hiway 21/15 is heading east, keep on the past all the refineries. Turn to the North on secondary hiway 830. keep heading north, shortly past the sign for the Shiloh Youth Ranch, The sand pits are on the east side Township Road 564-A
