Hey guys,
We live in northern AB but do a big annual group camping trip with family from the Okanagan. We are looking into group sites for this year and thought it would be fun to find a place where we could access some ATV trails from the camp spot. Most of us have trailers or RVs so road access would have to be decent and it would be nice to have at least water at the site, I know some of the older campers would like power too but that is probably hard to come by.

We looked at Kinbasket lake resort which seems nice however we would rather have a big group site VS being all split up in different spots.

Thanks in advance!

Logan Lake area has lot's of quad trails and many forestry sites, no hookups though. Look at Paska lake or mile high resort.

Have a look at Tulameen, BC. If family is from Okanogan they may be aware of the area. Trans Canada trail follows the old CP rail line from Oliver through Princeton, Coalmont, Tulameen, Blakeburn, Kingsvale and on to Spences Bridge. In the Tulameen area, hundreds of miles of old logging roads, forestry roads and trails. Years back with my sand rail we'd cover an area bounded by Princeton, Hope, Boston Bar, Merritt and Sumerland. Also check out ATVBC for info as well. There are rallies/poker runs in the summer. We're looking at hitting it one of these summers too, always seem to get back to the Okanogan every summer, but want to do some back country playing again. Tulameen is 17 miles NW of Princeton, BC with a sometimes narrow, but fully paved road. North of the town it becomes a gravel road and connects back to Hwy 5A just south of Merritt. Other pluses, Otter Lake for swimming/boating, Tulameen River for tubing down and the list goes on. There is a Provincial Park on the NW side of the lake, but there is an RV Park now in town a 1/2 block from the lake, just can't remember the name but it's visible on google earth. P/W for sure, not sure if sewer too. Happy trails

Sunset camp ground (provincial with some service) on Green Lake around 70 mile house... awesome lake (shallow, clean and warmer then most in BC but 5 miles long for boater) all the trails you want near by... Green Lake Snowmobile club is right on your way in and they have a large map of the area... you can also park their and ride.. if you bring your gps you could ride very far in any direction from there... never did it some say you can get to kamloops
