Need a little more info other than the fact that it is just a typical arctic cat...
Does it feel like it has lost power from what it may have had previously?

I have an 05 and occasionally when the power drops off I need to take the brass plug out of the muffler and rev the crap out of it to blow out the carbon (as per manual). Do this fairly regular or you will have a hell of a time getting that bolt out. I stripped mine and had to melt it out with a torch. Replaced with a grade 8 bolt.:d:beer:
Hope that makes a difference if not you know where we live :)
