In them hills.
All I can say is that this is probably the perfect time to pick up a left over 2020 g4 as they seem to be pretty dialed in.

And let the goons run r &d for the next 3 years for Quebec.

Kanedog 2015-2019, thanks for the good times S&M!
The game changing 850 Doo motor lasts a whole 2000km. The p drive clutch runs over 200degrees and blows belts.
How can Doo make a two stroke turbo when they can’t make a motor that lasts? How can they make a turbo when they can’t make a clutch that doesn’t blow belts? Haha CockaDOOdle DOO!

Turbo on the 850. Will be sold as a factory approved kit, similar to what Yamaha did a few years back with the Nytro jobs. Low boost. Rotax spent alot of money over the past few years designing and developing their own turbochargers. The 900ACE turbo is a Rotax designed and manufactured blower. The ECM in the 850 is currently being underutilized and has room for expansion to monitor everything and anything. The amount of information the machine currently collects is well beyond what 99.9% of people would ever understand. They can monitor damm near everything on that motor without issue including anything related to a turbo. Your airbox pressure and temperature is already being monitored even on a stock machine. Don't kid yourself, BUDS has been collecting data on turbo installs for a number of years now and they have a very good handle on what this motor will take from that aspect.

Factory turbo. Very very low boost. Just enough to Regain hp loss from elevation. That would be a game changer.

nailed it. I cant see BRP pushing past the rated HP of the 850. But i can see them maintaining it from 0-10,000 Ft. and im fine with that. Would be a 20hp increase for me!
