Ya I know and have used country cat. They are in the states thoug so when I used them I got hit with brokerage fees and would have been cheap in the end from Argyll

unless things have changed, any other dealer is better than the one you mentioned in Edmonton for parts......

I quit going there or even calling them for parts....lack of knowledge, lack of inventory of Cat parts and basically an I-don't-care-attitude.......

again, maybe things have changed (I sincerely hope so)

I do feel the same way but they are close to my place. But Alberta cycle seems to know there stuff. I called them about a can for the new 18 mountain Cat I just bought. The guy there was able to talk to me about the car with knowledge

I think you might find a bit of a drive is worth your time.....experience behind that parts desk (and an attitude to help the customer) is worth driving to the next dealer for.

If dealers are still an option I have had good luck with Ralph's Motorsports. They have good knowledge and parts inventory.
