arctic cat ext efi with no battery

i have a 1998 Ext efi with no battery wont starte checked every thing still cant get it going could b a computer dose any one know how and can u just go to carbs on this sled

is that the batteryless system?? What do you mean by no battery? Not one in it currently or never had one because i know that almost all of cats early EFI systems needed the battery to work.
