Bought a quad from don back in 1991 and got charged $150 for the 300 km 1st service, which should have been free. All my sleds were at that time, when bought new. I have dealt with Don's speed, weed parts twice, the first and the last time. I would check out T&T powersports before I would buy at Don's. Meet some of T&T powersports customers in Mcbride last Jan and they were very happy with him. If I ever switch to kitty kat that is were I would buy. Just my 2 cents.

Well we have been dealing with Dennis out of Camrose good guy. Both Pete and Tim in the back are good guys too, Pete has 20+ years of experience Had work done on new machine in Camrose that i bought from DSP last year. Needed new bushings, new donuts and this was supposed to be a sled out of crate. Dennis and his guys had the new m8 together and ready in 3 hrs, and repairs on my crossfire done in another 2.5. Would definitely recomend Dennis. Tell him Kyle sent you.:d

Gotta say, buying a sled at Camrose was alright, Sales staff really need to do there home work on the comp's product though. Have had a little trouble with service there, if you know me, I underestimate my comments of "little trouble". In short, not going back if I dont have to.

Looking for your opinion on dealers around East Central Alberta. Looking at a 2010 M8 and have each of these as options, as I have heard horror stories of city dealers. Lac La Biche, Bonnyville, St. Paul, Vegreville, Wainwright and Camrose. I don't want to hear from dealer reps on this thread. Just the public. Thanks.

Hi it's Dennis, with camrose arctic cat hopefully I can help you make your decision with your purchase. Pete our parts and service manager has been in the industry for 24 years, he trys to do his best for our customers, goes above and beyond with warranty issues and Tim our Tech has been with us for 3 years and going, you can always go else where for service but we believe in small town service small town pride. Hope we can do business in the futrue.
