Yea we sure used that jackpot for a few laughs this weekend, Hotrod had a trackhoe give him a little tug!!LOL! Up Belle for an excellent day, neutral light, but great spring snow. Hit the east backside and worked our way around the burn to the main trail. Good way to end off the season here in McBride, hard to believe another season is coming to a close! But still some good spring snow here and trails still being groomed. Doing one more kit at the cat next weekend at Monashee Kat Ski Lodge then parking it for the season! Ride safe and have a great summer everyone! Higgins.

Up Renshaw today for a big mile day! Out to Spirit and down in the backside of Pyramid, 1-3ft of excellent snow. Weather wasn't really co-operating. A few breaks but not much. And yes Hotrod caught an edge!!! And hit the toolies! LMFAO!

Had asked Rod to come along to do some backcountry exploring wth us but if he can't keep a groomer on the trail?????????!!!! LMFAO but anybody that skids one in the bushes is fair game!

We may not meet on the hill this year Ric, be there this coming weekend and then at the Bugaboos in two weeks.
But seeing as you will have a 174 next year you can lead into the shatty spots!!!

Little late but as has been said, tons of snow all over Renshaw yet. One sketchy whiteout moment friday, could barely see a sleds lights when it was 100' away, definitely couldn't see any elevation changes while slowly riding out of the bowl. Luckily it cleared up after an hour.

Even the trail is in great shape for the weather conditions, and got to watch the groomer getting pulled out by the track hoe. Hotrod was in good spirits for falling asleep at the wheel, even when I told him "No rush, I can wait for the new trail through the creek to be done" LOL. He was pretty lucky to not end up on his lid in the creek!

this is up at Anthills in Renshaw. Trail groomer did one pass last night. Started to snow half way up. At least a foot of fresh .

Snow is excellent. Rained in town all day. I know because I didn't go up today. Yesterday at higher levels Lucille was windy.. Come down a bit and snow in trees was great.
