Hi guys
does anyone own a 2007 apex se I'm looking at buying one I know it weights about 600 lbs but the price on a new sled doesn't justify the 80 lbs to a new 2010 nytro. I own a 2007 vector se I really like the way it handles because I'm not a small guy I can throw it around very easily but I find it lacks the power I would like and I don't feel like modifying the sled because I find when u do that u spend more time fixing than riding. Could anyone give me some good points or bad points about this sled other than the weight, I know weight is a big factor in the mountains but I don't want to be the king of the moutain I just want to have fun and have a reliable sled that will get me into most places but not the most extreme areas.
Thanks Barry

yep i do, i have a 2008 apex mountain se,

came of an m1000 153....so ya its heavier,, but the torque and smoothness of the engine are awesome, you are used to the fourstroke so from the vector you will love the apex its similiar but more power, and like anything there are a ton of upgrades available, fuel controller as its efi. full exhaust, shock wave tuneable secondary ( its amazing).... simmons skis.... just installed the g-force super charger, no rides on it yet... but the stock 150 hp is very nice, plus the 16" wide track, i presume your looking at a mountain... with all the upgrades i have its close to 175 hp plus another 20 from the super charger.... its gonna be nice at the two hundred hp as well..... my buddies selling his 08 le, its gonna be around 8-8500 has extras....

hope that helps u out....feel free to ask any other questions....we sell yammy and cat..... this will be the third season on the apex....
