Since its traffic rants, one that drives me wild (and some people think theyre bein courteous, some just dont have a clue) is when people give away their right of way at busy 4 ways.
Just turns into a gas brake gas brake game of chicken.

Ffs just keep it simple and go when its your turn

I hate that!

Whitemud eastbound from Quesnell bridge to terwilligar Drive .... outside lane exits to terwilligar inside 2 proceed to whitemud. I used to curse all the fawkers that rode the left lane to the last minute and forced their way in.....fawkers....

But the cu&t$ that let them in are just as bad. Now I ride the left lane as far as I can and when an opening to merge in is there I take it (I will not force myself in)... if no opportunity exists I will suck it up and pass the exit go to the next exit and double back.... but that is only necessary 1/10 times. Losers are letting anyone in and leaving 30'+ between them and the car in front. I got sick of watching people blow by me and get 150 cars ahead, patients is for losers apparently.

This thread made me chuckle a bit. I rarely go to the city so my city driving skills are somewhat lacking. If I signal and nobody lets me in to the lane, I just blow out a big cloud of yuppie repellant with my 12valve and they let me in, 9 times out of 10 everytime lol.

In case your wondering, yes, I do keep my tow mirrors flipped up at all times.

in your finest white oakleys I'm also assuming.

I hate all the d!ck heads that do 60 in the curves then 160 on the passing lanes. Then right back to 60 on the curves again. It seriously makes me want to murder.
Same idea doing 85-90 in the fast lane on AH and wont move over or speed up to move over and let the mile behind go. The roadway is not your own personal playground people come on use common sense. But then again if common sense was in abundance they All would have some.

Dodge diesel guys make me chuckle, Hopefully you had your driving lights on in the sunshine and have installed the loudest goofiest sounding exhaust they sell, and maybe a 6 inch lift with Stock tires on 17's. And ya gotta keep those mirrors all the way out (with extensions if possible) at all times , these things are apparently in the Fargo owners handbook. LOL.
Makes me chuckle ..

I see you all like driving about as much as I do! Not that I don't like driving, I just hate traffic. I had the displeasure of driving to Chitlock today via hwy 44, oh man,,, I think that POS is almost as bad as 63! Id feel safer climbing K2 on my sled than driving around on Alberta hiways!

I think half of Alberta must drive a transport for a living. In the not too distant future they will have driverless trucks and all sorts of other robots that will do your job cheaper and better. You think the unemployment is bad now? LMAO! Just wait and see what the future has in store.

Parking prices. I spent the last 3 days at a Manager training class. Jasper Ave.

35.00 a day to park. Sure glad I don't have to pay that.

This exact thing happening to me on Deerfoot last night and but apparently it's an issue that "doesn't exist"...right...here's hoping it's not too much of a fight to fix.

Wow, 8.5 on the Richter Scale !

Yep. It wasn't fun at 100km/hr going over the Calf Rope Bridge on the inner lane turning left when your momentum is dragging you to the right and steering isn't exactly an option.

Wow is right.

One would think Chrysler would want that fixed yesterday. Is that the same issue some of the Ford guys are talking about?

You'd think so. For $150/hr they will "see" if it has anything to do with a new recall that came out...riiight.. Not sure what the Ford guys are talking about but this is a dangerous problem that they should rectify!

Anywho, that is my rant! Driving the daily beater today...feels a bit safer. :)
