Ok so i need to desperatly change out my track on 08 M1000 162, before this coming thursday as i have a big ride planned with my brother who is flying in.

Is there anyone that is willing to help put the track back in? I have the skid and DD out just waiting for the brake nut socket to come in.

as well the sled is in a heated shop with a fork lift so there is no grunting.

Couldn't you just loosen or undo the brake caliper bolts and pull the caliper enough(angle drive shaft to pull the track out)?Might be worth a try. Haven't tried this.Might save you from waiting on brake nut socket......
