im not doubting the integrity. i want to know how to repair as there are many pro rmks in my group. cant hurt to know the repair process. l

Really??? I didn't think the "maxwell" would ride with such an inferior product!! LOL

I don't think you have to worry about the glue letting go while riding... I have helped the local shop (actually I mostly drank beer and watched) repair a Pro that did a ghost ride into a tree, there was significant damage and the glued parts did not let go. Actually they were very difficult to get apart... so it might cost a little more for repair time if you do have a serious wreck also the glue is a little costly but the sh!t does work.

I haven't had to replace any glued parts yet (unglued parts, that's another story), but from what I've read and been told, they come apart fairly easy once heated to 300*F and, apparently, replacement parts that require adhesive for assembly come with the required amount.

Alright saw them all on the scale this weekend. Full of oil and coolant and all with about 2" of fuel in the tank.

Cool... I saw them on the mountain this week end and they were mostly justy rolling down the hills...lol

We tried to weigh sleds with so called 2" of fuel and you end up with mixed bag like shown above!The only accurate way is full to brim ready to ride!We are weighing a rmk tomorrow full of fluids and will post the weight!
