Anyone know of a good number to contact timbersled for pre Polaris products?

I have a timbersled barkbuster 38” front end on the wife’s Polaris pro that is now in need of a replacement A arm. After searching the net and speaking with Polaris I now know that I need to speak with timbersled and not Polaris who now owns timbersled to see if there is any chance of buying some new old stock. The number I was given from the Polaris rep to contact timbersled directly was 1 888 588 6326 but it can not be connected. I am wondering if anyone knows how to get in touch with them so I can inquire about an arm instead of needing to purchase a whole new kit again, or if someone possibly has a left lower arm they have hanging out on the shef they would be willing to sell.

I've been trying to find a source for parts for a couple of years now. I think you're out of luck unless you can find a used one. As far as I know you can't even buy a new kit any more. When Polaris bought out Timbersled they discontinued the sled suspension side of the business. Pretty poor customer support in my opinion.

unfortunately I think you may be right. I loved their front ends on my nytro and figured that they would be just as good on her pro. It lasted well up till now, but the son has now taken out an arm and parts seem to be impossible to find. I just really don’t want to spend 800 on a new front end just because of a broken arm and then be left with 3 arms that are no good either.

Find any capable welder/fabricator and get him to make you one. Just have him mirror the opposite side and use any salvageable parts from the old one.

I did consider this option but by the time you factor in welders time, powder coat, and materials I think the price would soon reflect it to be cheaper to get something else. I would imagine it to be at least 2-3 hours worth of work for a capable tig welder (I don’t have a tig machine) and unfortunately even the shock mounts would need to be fabbed as they are pooched too. Then both tubes are kinked so the only “reuseable” part would be the ball joint sleeve. If I had to guess a welders rate I would guess ~$80/hr and then likely ~$50 on materials. Likely $50-80 to coat it which leaves the one arm costing about half or better of a kit that replacement parts can be found. Very disheartening, but not surprising. Sledding ain’t cheap lol
