Knotty Pines has some very nice shells as well. We haven't purchased one but have been looking at them pretty extensively
Unless they have come way up I didn't think it was that bad, considering what building costs aretheyre expensive AF

Not familiar with integrity but the ones we looked at with knotty pines were 20k. Quality difference maybe? Not saying integrity isn't quality I'm just saying we liked the knotty pines options for what we were going to docompared to integrity built I think they were 2x

The premiers come "standard" with 2x4 walls and ceilings, we upgraded ours to be all 2x6, of course they just add more $$$$ to the final total.Just finished the interior of an old Hickory. Did a sleeping loft and a storage loft, shower, sink, hot water tank, and a kitchen counter along part of a wall. Base board heater for heat. 16” centers were hard to find and I didn’t like the way they assemble the trusses (a chore to finish the ceiling). Windows weren’t plumb nor level. Exterior was finished in Smart panels with a metal roof. Floor isn’t insulated. Only 2x4 walls and you need metal plates for the facing of the wiring. I didn’t ask the guy how much he paid.
