Well let me show you :(
First trip out in brand new pants and look what I do. :realmad:

My wife dropped them off in Calgary for repair today. Motor Fist has a repair facility in Calgary!!!

The material inside is pretty neat. It's kinda like rain coat material. Not sure how it's breathable, pretty cool stuff.

How'd their blue-bird warranty work out for ya? You should get a loaner pair while yours are being warrantied or repaired I thought, never miss a blue-bird guarantee..

Yes they did offer! But I declined. I have my old pair I can use if I need them. I was told they put the warranty at priority one so the second they got it they would be on it. We will see what kind of turn around time they have.

Keep us posted.I have some Motorfist gear and it's nice to see that there are companies that truly stand behind what they sell.

An update.
Was wondering where my pants were, was going to give them a call today. Was on my way home and picked up the mail, found a parcel pickup notice dated the 30th.
Went to the Post Office... It was my pants!!! I had my wife drop them off, I assumed I would be picking them up! NOPE, they mailed them back to me! COOL!
So they went in November 27th and the parcel notice was dated November 30th. So they must have had them repaired and back out the door like the next day!

So if you have a warranty claim this is what you do. Contact Motorfist. They will give you a warranty claim number and the shipping info where to send your stuff to. They will ask your information at the same time. Send if off , or drop it off and done! I don't see why anyone would need to take advantage of the Blue Bird service with that quick of a turn around time. Very Impressive!!

Good to hear. I personally know several people who work for Motorfist and they're some of the best ones in the industry. Service like that makes every company up their game and the end user is the winner.

in calgary chit I had to pay to ship mine last year after the rivet on the knee peeled up and riped my seat as well... cost me like $5o in shipping charges,, I did get loaners and it took approx 3 weeks to the states

Do they cover abrasion tears? I ripped mine on the weekend accross the knee it must have been from the rail on my knee pad cause I didnt feel it but its going to get bigger :(

great gear tho

They just set this up from the sounds of things so you probably didn't have the option last year. Give them a call, what can it hurt. 877-347-8411

They have a great product and in my opinion the very best support, service and warranty in the business by far.
