I’ll be scheduling mine asap, hopefully the fix is similar to the carbon sled fix

I’m going to give the p 22 a try. Mine has been change out already as one of the clutch tower bolts was cross threaded and broke off while I was changing the clutch spring. So I have the latest greatest my25 p22 lol. There is red loctite on the bolts to so heat them up before removing them.

Guess I shouldnt be riding my sled with an old primary bolt lol I think changing the bolt every 300-400 miles is still going to be the plan

Talked to dealer today about the recall. He was pissed about it, said as usual Polaris sent out the email to the customers before the dealers were notified about it and the bolt is already backordered 2-3 weeks!

Standard procedure. Always had customers asking me about updates before i even knew about them. Sucked!

Looks like I will just be buying the old bolt like last year.

I called the dealer and was told my 23 boost needed nothing. I have not updated the clutch bolt or done anything preventative.

He said this was just for 24’s Does that make sense? Would Polaris have made a weaker bolt in 24 ?

Just got my bolt changed this morning on the 9R. Old one was grey, new one is black. Torque specs are changed to 110 rather than 120 on the new one.

Mine was just changed to yellow, on a boost tho

I wonder if all the recalls are just them replacing the bolts from time to time as a form of PM lol
