I try to give a shout out every time I get service I feel is better that average and this is the second time I've given a shout out for this company.

Yesterday went to grab my trailer off of a job site it was stored on. I had pulled the ball coupler off when I left it there for security making it hard to steal. Super on that site somehow lost it. Checked around for a replacement but couldn't fine one that matched the bolt holes in my frame. Called Ron paradis (firefly on the site) Even though he was out if town he had a family member meet me at his yard, pull a hitch coupler assembly off one of his new units and got me all fixed up!!!

That there my friends is customer service

Good news. My brother and I just ordered a nice shinny new 28' aluminum enclosed from Ron. Can't wait to get it. Now to sell the old one 26' continental 2010. Black. $8000

Well couple weeks back I called Ron (Firefly)to talk about a couple man door hinges on my one trailer that were stiff and bending .....he told me how to fix it and told me a cost on the 2 hinges. End of Story !! Until a couple of days ago.. I get a phone call from GreyHound to come pick up a package. ?????? Here Ron sent me 2 hinges ...prepaid !!! NOW that is a stand-up guy !!! A BIG THANK YOU to Ron !!! A small issue solved by a generous person, who stands behind his product !!!

Ron just completed a total re-skin of my trailer after hail damage last summer. What a great guy to deal with... made dropping off and picking up my trailer super easy and accomodating. He added a couple extras for me and did a top notch job. I highly recommend Ron for any trailer repairs - thanks very much Ron. Here's my completed Legend trailer...
