In them hills.
I am confident that the sled is less likely to move than the entire sled deck of a guy who just uses turnbuckles to hold it in.

Ultimately you are responsible for your load PERIOD.
I agree 100% at but I'd that statement wasn't there atleast it doesn't give the complaintent's lawyer more ammo.

Maybe I will just take a grinder and scrub that off.

Please be aware of the current Motor Vehicle Safety Regulation requirements and standards in Canada, as set by Transport Canada. Here is the link - please see "standard 906" for snowmobile trailers. As you will read, both Superclamps more than meet the standard currently in place of a 500lb working load limit. The Superclamp, as marked, is rated at 800lbs and more than complies with all DOT and Transport Canada rules and regulations.

There is no document required, and any law enforcement individual enforcing highway traffic rules should know this. If they are issuing offenses, it is for another reason that cannot be due to Superclamps. If you are being told otherwise by an officer, please have them call our office.

If you are concerned about using Superclamp products, please print off the sheet at the link above on the Transport Canada website and show that to an officer.

Further, we have many customers in Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue and Fish and Wildlife all across the continent using our product. If there was a legal issue, we would know about it.

Thank you!
