Another condo with poor construction

Does anyone know the gurantee on new builds because in england its 10 years normally. I work in construction well masonry and most companys is only 1 year on there work.

New home warranty on single family homes is either 5 or 10 years on structal, everything else 1 year, no warrranty on anything they can slither their way out of covering. But they don't cover condos for some reason. Not that new home warranty is great, but atleast in this case it would help the people out.
