Thanks for the comments Guys.

Took full advantage of the snow storm, no calls came in so spent a pile of time on it on the weekend and last two days...

I've started the frame of the trailer now. This is shown in the tilt position. The steel wire you can see locks it on the untitled position. Pull the wire out and it is able to tilt.

The jack turned out pretty cool.

Everything closed in haul position.

The front door was installed.

With functional hinge.

Shown in unload position. I installed a rod to hold in the open position.

Waiting for some wheels a buddy in the states sent me. Once they arrive I will work on the suspension and fenders. Then both upper and lower will be married together for the final product.

This is really cool, and I hope we get to see the finished product. Keep the pics coming and I would like to see the reaction of your Russian guests when you present this.

Another update! Been at it all day and was working on it till 1:00 AM last night.
I had a hard time trying to figure out how to do the fenders but stumbled across a piece of neoprene in my garage. I threw it on the lathe and worked it down to something usable. Cut sections out of it and it fit the bill. It didn't glue well so added a support piece under the fender where it meets the lower skirt. Should be OK.

I am assuming the suspension on this trailer is torsion tubes, didn't have a picture to show what it had. So torsion tubes it is...

Receiver for the truck...

The trailer would not stay tilted so had to figure out a way to prop it up yet be hidden and out of sight.

This is pretty much it, Needs paint. Needs the floor sheeted with wood (will use balsa wood). The Super clamps made and instated and the Super glides made and installed. And then little extras like lights etc...
The truck is almost complete as well...

The wheels Ricky sent me were absolutely perfect!!!

Soon the long process of painting it all....

Great work. You know a built like this would probably go a long way as a fundraiser at Mountain Mania. Just saying.

Looks really good.

Sent from my iPhone using a couple fingers.

Randall, need those screws stat! Got the new Superglides II Pro in place, waiting on those screws! (Your quite the poet :D)

Again worked on it all weekend. Getting a little burned out. Starting to drop and lose things....Must push on!

Painted the trailer bases with Alclad. Alclad2.com This stuff aint cheap at $12.00 per 1 ounce but its the most realistic product out there. Trailers were sprayed with white aluminium. I also airbrushed the interior of the trailer tops.
While waiting for paint to dry whipped up some more Superclamps. Cut balsa wood and made a stain for the wood. Didn't like the look of it, too light colored so darkened it up a bit.. Not a lot to show as most of the time was sanding, priming, filling, sanding, priming, you get the picture.....
