Dominator is for premix only. Not to be used with oil injection.

I won't bet any cash on it but I believe it says premix only right on the jug.

I run interceptor on my m1000 and not dominator. I can't remember where I heard this, probley a friend but I do believe that dominator does not have a rust inhibitor in the oil so stuff can rust(bearings stuff that is steel)? where as interceptor does.

I did some research into this for you(and me)
http://www.amsoil.com/shop/by-product/motor-oil/2-stroke/interceptor-2-cycle-oil/

  • Provides exceptional SAE #4 cold-temperature fluidity (-60°F pour point)
  • Protects against rust

This seems like a more race only type oil
Not suitable for long-term use in outboard motors as a TC-W3 type oil, although excellent as a race oil for short-term use where motors are periodically inspected.

That there looks to me like it would not be a rust
inhibitor
I dont like the short term use deal.

So you do the figuring, I'll stick with interceptor.
