Been having a problem with a business, figured i'd give BBB a try even though it has a really bad reputation for being useless. Now I know why. Closed the case saying business was right completely ignoring my paperwork proof of them lieing 
Maybe the business is paying BBB for a good reputation? Dunno, but heard of that plenty.....
Figured it was a nicer easier way to settle it but guess it's going to be small claims court Anyone have experience with it? Never had to take anything this far before.
