You answered it rightly so your self, high ratio of native population. Take a look at Hazelton, has a 97% unemployment rate with a 95% native population......MMMMMM wonder why........ Until it is forced for them to get a job, including welfare white men that live on the rez, and the hand outs keep coming there is no reason for them to work. You guys are trying to make a argument out of nothing. The original comment was made that the bulkley valley isn't NDP, but fact of the matter is that it is. Not saying I like it but it is the way it is. Is there some point your trying to make?
My point is you sounded as though you were pro NDP in your earlier posts, if you are not please accept my apology.

I'm not a ndp guy........
You better look closely, the bulkley valley is a full NDP riding, federal and provincial. I'm not a ndp guy but the valley is a clear representation of those who work for a living and those who vote for a living. Actually last I heard Nathan Cullen is up for the leadership role of the federal ndp. Probably one of the only ndp ridings in the west.

You really should do some research prior to making comments you no nothing about. For starters I'm not sure if you have heard of a little company called petronas??? But if you haven't they are the ones that own progess energy..... Well Prince Rupert is where they are building their lng terminal. Next on your list to research would be eurocan, that was the paper mill owned by west Fraser timber that was in kitimat. Should probably look up methanex too since your searching for kitimat.Next on your list would be to look up the golden triangle that represents about 90% of Canada's gold exploration and see where it lies and the companies involved and where their offices are located. See who the top diamond drilling companies in the country are and where the come from. Second thought stay in your little cocoon of Dawson Creek.
well mr swat ,when i read this post i was a little pissed but hey what ever . Progress energy ,which is busy between fsj and buckinghorse.which is only 150 kms from dc still doesnt have a way to gas to the coast.. done some work in that area..,, . second the facility will not be in PR ,it is going to be on the Metacatla first nation land , will coming down the nass river valley when it hits the salt water it will be piped under the sea floor down to metacatla. this is all pending a FID [final investment decision] from petronas . has not happened yet .. kind of getting off topic but i have worked on the north coast, smithers ,up hwy37 to bc /yukon border. friends and family live and work there.the idea of the cocoon thing is kind of fawked ,best part of we didnt vote ndp provincially or federally.. cheers

Well i looked at your budget i see your NDP is doing exactly like ours did. Attacking the main industry until it is dead or gone, increasing public sector and welfare. Man your in big trouble.
