you may be right but theres just so many people that still prefer those other chassis so i think they will still do well in those departments. Once polaris comes out with one though yes aftermarket will be in trouble

Polaris still haven't done the stock short tunnel yet so it probably gonna be 2 to 3 years out on the factory turbo. chris branch choppin them off 5 or 6 outta time and selling the cut ends back to polaris.

well after spending 2 days on the skidoo turbo in blower handlebar deep powder there was sure a lot of Lips dragging on the ground from the Polaris and Cat folks. The struggle was real for them. If i was a betting guy id say they will sell alot of polaris and cat turbos this year. Even a couple women out there on factory turbos dancing circles around the boys this weekend. LOL

From what I seen on the weekend factory sidewinder would be pretty close to the factory skidoo the extra 15hp sidewinder helps close the weight gap . If you can handle the weight they do work well. If that’s your thing. But you can’t buy one so that’s too bad

Your math needs some help: Stock winders make 204 hp, so the gap is closer to 40. It’s little wonder that the doo can’t keep up. 40 hp shy and 4 years too late.....LOL

You're not wrong - Yamaha did advertise them at 180. Independent dyno testers quickly found out that Yamaha definitely did not over-promise when they made north of 200 hp right out of the box!

You're not wrong - Yamaha did advertise them at 180. Independent dyno testers quickly found out that Yamaha definitely did not over-promise when they made north of 200 hp right out of the box!

And with a CR racing straight pipe that adds another 20hp and 10tq and they said that’s dyno tested so 220hp with essentially adding a “can” or exhaust. As most 2 stroke guys do aswell!

Excited for all the new terrain I will finally be able to see, worst part is they all make there own fresh tracks and it’s hard to pick just one to poach and try to follow....
