Happy with the stockers on mine but general consensus on DT and SW seem to be grippers, mohawks, or mods.

I was pretty happy with the DS2's but happier with Grippers and Mohawks. The Mohawks are less darty/twichy than the others I've tried.

Grippers !!! Night and day difference. 6.9 I thought worked okay in powder but terrible on the trail. Darting all over the place. Installed Dooley runners and way better.
Like the grippers.
my 2 cents

The 6.9's are almost a rocker design, they seem to backup better but also push more snow. Not really an issue on an XM though, skis are hardly ever on the snow.

I have c&a xtx skis and they seem to work really well! I find them aggressive and hard to turn at a stop but when moving they work great
