Just like most people my first belt absolutely destroyed itself after 200 miles. I decided to try a longer belt on my next ride. I put 50 miles on the belt after a short break in. I noticed my belt temps were way down. I could touch the belt at anytime even after several long pulls. I could not touch the short belt even after a short pull. Has anyone else tried this? What were your results?

Carlisle XS809 - I've got 650 miles on it now and still looks like new. Blew up two Cat belts in the first 200 miles.
Half price of the Cat belt as well.

Dealer installed mine, but I believe it is a belt for the 660 Bearcat. As well way cheaper than the 1100 turbo belt. 11.5" center to center distance. I am told the Polaris 115 belt will work as well.

Specs say XS809 is 47-1/8 isn't it too long? Stock is 46-1/4", and I'm using a Pro 3211115 which is 46-3/4" and it seems fine so far but only about 50 miles on it.

The XS809 works awesome - and I know of quite a few guys using them - with great results. I was in two and a half foot deep powder all day yesterday with some very high underhood temps and this belt just keeps taking it. Now have over 700 miles on it after blowing two cat belts in the first two hundred miles.
