a Successfull May Long weekend Camping trip

we had great weather for riding this weekend north of Vega sandhills,.
we camped in Friends field north of the creek that most quaders cant cross that go to Vega.
my son crossed it with his Grizzley easy.but we stayed on north side watching.
we quaded into c few lakes for lunch, found some trappers cabins on the old klondike trail.put on few hundred kms this weekend.ate some burnt wienies,sat around fire till 2 am and got well smoked.

sweet looks like a good time, the wifes family owns a quarter right on the river after the vega ferry and i have been wanting to go up there for some time.

lol looks like you guys had a blast I was hopeing I could have when out that way this year, but things did not work out so well. Brute is kinda in peaces lol . should be really good up there now after all that rain and now some warmer weather some good mud and skeg and not so dry of trails.
