Finally, I was looking for an honest review.
Let's hear the pro cons!

You gonna be on one next year?

wicked sled. If you are a Cat guy you'll love it.

i personally would rather ride a 850, but with the reliability issues they've
been having might be enough to make a guy switch.

Nah I am a Doo guy but I don't want to be a test pilot.

I didn't get a chance to ride the 18 cat but I was in the dealership last week comparing the front end to the 850.

Couldn't believe the cat has a full alluminum skidplate. Machine looks beefy.

If the engine and clutching are on point I might have to give one a go.

Cheers

3- 2018 mountain cats in my group already. Cat releasing these sleds early was genius. Like the king cat and m900 of old these will be everywhere next year. Over 500 km on all of the ones in my group. No issues except an update on the oil level sensor.

Well we had the 18 out today. It ran good most the day, was bogging out a bit, bent a A-arm, stickers are falling off, shocks bottoming out.

But the thing has potential...

How did you do the a arm? Looks like it's bent forward!

Ski clipped a rock. They are kinda weak but better then breaking a bulkhead I suppose.

Cat chassis is pretty solid though. It could stand to have a beefier A-arm IMO
