Got to ride a 2017 Mountain Cat for a day last week. Thanks to Arctic Cat Canada and Cycle Works for the Demo!

Undecided at this point & really love my Doo's. But,, almost all of my regular riding crew ride Cats.....

So Its between a 154 Freeride, 154 850 Doo or a 154 Mountain Cat on the chance I switch brands.

Going shorter? When I get a new sled it will be 155ish I don't like the bigger tracks.

. Yeah 154 is way funner, handle better and jump better

I'd like to get a 146, but that might be too short for deep days. But a 154 3 inch will go anywhere, if not its the riders fault

Care to give a bit of a review on the Mountain Cat?

Well, I have demoed the 14's, 15's, 16's and now the 17's and this is the best Cat yet! haha

(Have about 10 days on Cats this season. Rode a 15 and 16 the same day)

Although, I think the 16 limited is pretty close to the new mountain cat.

Here is a post I made in the Mountain Cat thread: (copy and pasted)

Cats are the definitely the best sled for jumps, whips and hucking off cliffs. Freerides are nice too, but the Cats come around way faster/better.

Work wicked in the trees and climb good. They have some issues, but good all around sled.

They need better boards, bars and controls. Most pro's run the angled post.

If I got one Id get; better boards, bars and controls. and the angled post haha

A diet would be great too. Lots of easy weight loss to be had with those things.
