Looks like he just brought it home from the States. I don't know too many Albertans running paddles...

I hope it works out for you. If it's as fast as you say it is, then it begs the question why the original owner sold it at a significant loss. I hope you didn't buy someone else's headache. For $19K, I would have bought a new XP 900 over a used LTS Teryx. Wait...I did. Weeee.

He bought from PPF in the states, they built it showed it off for advertising then sold it so they could build a new one. You don't see to many albertans running paddles cause not to many of us have the power to run in the big sand therefore no use buying paddles. For $19k nothing will touch this Teryx, he eats my 840 for breakfast and I would assume the RZR XP would be for desert. It is one of the sweetest SXS's I have seen and everybit as funcional as a RZR, oh did I mention it will do 84 MPH!!

Ya i bought it from the states almost a year ago and i run paddles in bruel so i can beat the quad up the hills.

The teryx had 300km when i bought it and now has almost 800 and i have had no problems and it ran great all year with that mcx turbo on it. (Dyno was 96rwh)

And as far as the xp goes i will probably buy one but for the 18000 ill spend on my bone stock xp that well probably be one of another 200 in alberta, i think the 19 i have spent on my teryx will be worth it in my opinion (one of a kind). And as far as the money i have WASTED on my teryx i think it was well worth it and enjoy every day that i ride it unlike my gutless rhino that i had 15000 into a contemplated killing myself cause it was such a heap. And for those of you who said its a money pit well that life i dont sit there and count my pennies i spend them and enjoy what i spend them on. Toys cost money that life if you cant afford it then dont do it but dont hate on my because i do. Life is about choices and that was my choice so you guys can just well **** off.

Thanks

Meh. I don't think it's wasted money. I know what it costs to build up a SXS...$19K is cheap. As long as you like it, it's a terrific deal. I think it's your crappy throw-down-the-gauntlet introduction that irked people. But whatever. I was like you too once upon a time, so I understand the mindset. Enjoy your Teryx. You got a good deal.

XP's will have their place in the SXS race. I think maybe PoPo rushed it a bit. Heard of some issues, like they all do. I picked the Commander because of the utility and sport combo. Mine is fast enough. After a little while new ECU's will come out or you can by an Airdamn Clutch and smoke a XP, but then XP parts will come out. Who cares. We had a brand new X out today with 2- 6'2" dudes plus a roof and front 1/3 window and we had no problems hitting 118-120 k. That's super fast. The XP for me is not an option because I need to move equipment and launch my boat with my unit. Aren't you a little worried with the trailing arms in the mud and rocks. With the long travel they leave themselves open for front end damage. People always worry about length. Everyone thought I was crazy with my lifted wide ass Rhino. I went everywhere quads went and a lot farther so the width on the XP will be no problem.... just holder to the glue...Regards Marc

Tyson, man I would love to go for a ride in that rocket. I personally have no problems enjoying my hobby and spending a little here and a little there.... As long as my wife is not the wiser. My first Rhino 660 was bored and stroked, had a nice big boondocker nitrous system on it, but it was still a pieces of sh$t. My last Rhino got more customizing and the machine would only run at 70k in low and 90k in high but i had 16" of clearance on 30" rubber. Never really got stuck often or even broke parts. Was a good machine. Good times... Have fun with your Teryx... Regards Marc
