No I ready everything clearly. There is example after example of H2O not only being a poor dealer, but just being a plain douchebag. Did you read the story about the woman with the two sinking watercraft that they had just bought? That isnt a "rich albertan" demanding to be waited on hand and foot. That is the dealers screw up, and even if it wasnt, a situation where you would go and deal with it because there is really no other choice.

But I dont expect you to get it. I guarantee you wont.

Nobody asked anyone to bump anybody. Just refused to do it period. Closed so people can't complain ? What a douche.
I agree. That's a douche move.
That and not going out of your way to help a customer who you just sold machines to the day before is weak.
My brother tried to deal with them on a Can-am a few years back. Said the guy was an ass and will never go back.
Too many stories like this.

Yes we checked plug, pumped water out of it put it back in the lake and tried to find what was leaking and couldn't see where it was coming in. Took 6 of us to drag it up on the bank because of how steep it was. So there it sat till Tuesday. If it was my customer I don't care what day of the week it was Id get my fat azz down there and help out.

And to clarify I think it was a Manifold issue as It ran like **** wouldn't get up and plane on the water either (Possibly getting water in Engine? I could be wrong) And yes H20 came the following tuesday and fixed it. My point is that this is a watercraft that sinks,Not a sled that if breaks down you can tow it back. Now what would have happened if they were out in the middle of the lake and down she goes? Do you think his awesome customer service would have looked after them?
