My 2000 summit 700 was cutting out on me intermittently and more so over half throttle and always starting up after first pull. Since the sled had been sitting for three years I assumed it was the fuel. I drained the tank (premium) and filled it half full with a good shot of sea foam and ran it for 15 km with the same issues. I the cleaned the contacts on the DESS also squeezing the key together where the contacts go up the sides. Same issue. Not until I changed the plugs did it run strong. The plugs looked good but apparently the ignition is fairly sensitive.

That leaking on the left side most likely the bellows has a crack in it.
