'Hi, I have a 1988 Ski Doo Formula 470. I'm pretty new to the sport and thought I would buy something older to see if I would enjoy it before spending a lot of money.
So the old sled need a track, I'm having trouble find one and the correct size. Everyone tells me it needs a 15 x 114 but when I measured it it was 112 inches long.
I've checked everywhere and can't find a 15 x 112 track. The 15 x 114 is difficult to find but they are out there. Can the suspension be set for the 114 or does it even need to be?
I know it's a bit long so do I need a 15 x 112 or 15 x 114?

Thanks

if you have to put a new track on.....now is the time to make it longer......put a 136 or a 144 on it! find a used skid or rail extentions.....lots of 136/144 tracks used! the money you save finding a used track you can buy a new style rear skid with a lot more travel......will be lighter and ride way nicer.......I loved my old 470 rotary valve! it was a great sled! have fun on this site!
