Few years back Ric on the site here recommended running 70 in all four on one of my Superduty's. Especially towing. Have done it on all my Superduty's since and like it.
80psi rated tires and/or tpms changes of superduty

If im not towing heavy I run 55 psig all around ( Tires are Falken Wildpeak At3)....check your brand of tires weight load rating vs psi and go from there. Unless your towing max weights you don't really need to have 70 or 80 psi in them. Truck will ride noticeably smoother over bumps at a lower psi.
