Hey guys , At what mileage would you recommend changing you plugs ? My manual isn't saying much about it . I currently have 3100km on mine with original plugs .

I would just change them. I had one go at 2000 km's and a pain to change the one side when you are outside at -20. All the book says is take it to your dealer to change.

Polaris recommends 1500km on a set of plugs. I replace mine anywhere from 1500-2000 km
4200 plus kms on my T3. Runs the same as the day I bought it. Had them out at 3000kms. No wear. Gap was still good. Nice tan color. I'll leave them until it starts to miss fire or current goes high enough to throw a code.

5000km is what I have done on all mine
3000 is too soon, 8000 is too long

Only thing about changing sooner is if you foul one, easy to do when cold and no e start, cause if you pull the pull cord too slow on the first few it floods it ish

Besides, 8000km was one season.... got my money out of them.

Most of us wish we could have 8000km seasons Dan, but that just is not the case (most times) but for me...... I spend more on beer a night than the cost of a set of plugs while donating the “good used” to the tunnel bag. This is sort of the same as changing the belts before they vent the hood for me. Cost of doing business and I am not upset at all to pay the price.
I may be upset if I thought I had to pay the man every time just to make sure my plug gap was pointing the right way though ha ha ha! That is something learnt very early by those who want to make big power with any gas engine and does not require a brp tech to draw the line for you!

I do mine at the beginning of every season, bit of a pain but over all not to bad, make a mark for the electrode on the opposite side of it, on the white part of the spark plug to help with indexing them.

Take a old plug socket and cut a fair bit off of it, it makes changing the inside plug a lot easier
