670 pipes

looking at a set of force pipes with an npp can on them. they are off a 97. would they work on my 99 x model? i am unsure as i know most pipes wont but will these or should i stay clear? trying to get more info from the seller then contact npp and see. he has been very good with info for me before so will try again.

You need the pipes for the X motor. IMO the stock single is tough to beat.

i totally agree with you on that one but always looking for a little more. pipes/pods would be worth a couple extra ponies.







but with a 670 who needs more best engine ever built. lol

chit when did i get entered into this race. i know modman will win so i won't even waste the fuel required to start my sled.




but on another note just talked to neil at npp, THAT GUY ROCKS BEST GUY EVER TO DO BUSINESS WITH, gave me a good low down on the deal. said it would be better than stock but said my money would be better spent on a different set of pipes. in his opinion anyways. these ones will work but force pipes are not the best bang for the buck.

I had split second pipes on my 98 summitx based hill climber, i think it was the pipes that lead most of my troubles. I agree with the other post keep the stock pipe but maybe ceramic coat it.

i agree stock is simple and usually trouble free. but would like a little more out of it. maybe i wil find a good 800 cheap this year and won't have to worry about it.:d

Duck is selling an 08 800. Hes got it posted in a few spots. Really good deal for everything he has into it.

lol theres an 05 summit X 1000 for sale as well! a good deal! buy 2 and let her choose! lol
