5th wheel rails question

hey all. I have a 2012 dodge 2500 diesel. I have a husky 20k hitch that's on a slider. my question is does anyone know how far from the back of the box the rear rail has to go? I have no instructions for the hitch. if anyone has any info would be great.also its a 6.5 box

King pin should be couple inches in front of axle... Google that ****! Lol

ive googled and nothing concrete. im just gonna put the thing together and put it in the bed and move it till the pin is just ahead of the axle and go from there.

Several moons ago, used to run an install shop, the rule was 1 1/2 inches from the center of the rear axle....
