Use a capital letter in the first letter of your username, I was able to login and have stayed logged in for days now.

This worked! Thanks for the tip.

Instructions say Manual will last 8 hours & Auto 4 hours.
When in Manual low, med or high is it on full time?
Auto is on/off as it senses it necessary?
You would think auto would last longer than manual since it isn’t on full time.

You can turn the fan and or heater on or off for both settings?

I should work in tech, because 509 customer care doesn’t even know how these work. Now that you are back in your app, go hook up to your goggles. I am willing to bet, your software version is 1.01. Down at the bottom of the info screen it will say update in blue. Update it until 2.03, mine were two versions out. Now that I am updated, each time I press the button in manual mode(blue led) the light will flash 1 for low, 2 for medium, 3 for high. Maybe with the update auto will work better? Only time will tell.

Yup, did all that. Connected, updated firmware etc.
Still curious as to how the different settings at supposed to act. Maybe I’ll be able to tell next time I use them.
In manual mode is the heat on all the time and the fan only intermittent?
In Auto mode is the heat only on as it senses?
You’d think Auto would last longer than manual if it want running all the time.
I have way too much time invested in trying to use a pair of goggles lol

Agreed, I asked customer service that exact question when I called about the app not work. I actually didn’t get an answer.
