Im interested in an atv witch i will not be buying new. had a 350 wolverine but i felt it was under powered. the 450 looks nice but i noticed it doesnt have a differential lock and i hate the limited slip. so i thought the scrambler would be nice. my trails have some rocks and fields so i want something for both. approx how much snow will the scrambler go through? mud? hoe is it on a field do they have aany common problems?

There is no LOW range on a scram so if you ever need to tow someone out of anything be careful you don't smoke your belt, been there seen that. Other than that I'm not really familiar with the Scrambler. They seem to go everywhere anything else does.

Not that I've heard. The 500 Scrambler is a over-all good ATV. Only problem I've heard they had we're gaskets blowing fast and easily getting stuck in the mud.

Been very pleased with mine so far, no problems. Only thing I would be careful of as mentioned is that they do not have a low-range, so be careful not to abuse the belt in low-speed situations. The true AWD is nice when you flip the switch, everything is working for you then:d:beer:
