4 boats stolen at wizard lake

I can't believe they got towed that far. Would have thought 15 minutes after leaving wizard they would have been in a container or warehouse out of sight.

I heard a report that the ones seen heading east through Manitoba weren't the ones they were looking for. Was just another dealer shuttling. I would say they headed down a near by RR and got loaded up discretely and will never be seen again

I was transporting buddys camper for the winter sleep with my scanner on. It clicked on with "3 black trucks hauling 3 expensive looking boats spotted at elk island park on 16 headed west". Interesting I am going east on yellowhead. Lets see what we can see. The scanner was lit up, channel stayed open as they were trying to get mobilized. Just as I hit the ardrossan bridge sure enough there they were. All black trucks with a green boat an orange boat and a blue, grey boat. I called in to the rc's with location and it was passed along. Kept an ear on the scanner and they found and pulled them over. They were the stolen boats, recovered in Cold Lake and were being returned to Wizard Lake. Seems the group had been pulled over a few times on the way, so the public is at least watching and reporting.

I heard they were recovered this morning. Not sure why they public wasn't notified, probably caused some grief.

News said they were found in Cold Lake area. Two men identified but no charges yet.
Forth boat has yet to be found according to 6:30 CHED at noon.

I just found the fourth boat on the middle of the road in the country right beside my house. Not a scratch. The tower speakers still had bubble wrap them. Still all the shipping wrap on. Cops towing it away right now. Almost drove into the frigging thing. Beautiful boat. Just west of city range road 262. Couldn't have been there more then 10 minutes.

Sounds like they dumped it. A don't go to jail this time kinda thing.

Massive boat. Looks like it was stashed in the bush. Covered In pine needles and leaves. If someone bought it that sucks. There out a few bucks.
