I said I was gonna report back with how I liked running the 38" kit without having the spacers installed in the shocks. I have no complaints. It didn't seem to bottom out but I never got the chance to do any major drops or anything to really give it a test. We were in bottomless powder all weekend, but they seemed to perform well. One thing I noticed is that it feels like it gives it a higher point of gravity, I can lay her over way easier. I don't know if that's due to just the narrower stance or the shocks, or a combination of both. But I like it. First day, as soon as we got to the cabin I went out in front into some powder and carved her around and I leaned over too far and just fell off. It took me by surprise how easier it was to lay over. I guess you could call it "flickable"... Take THAT xm's.....

Ill be leaving the spacers out for a while yet.

Spacers come with the 38" kit. The spacers go inside the shocks, and u have to send them away to get installed which is what deterred me from installing them. I plan on switching to a set of raptors up front one day anyways so I'm not too worried. But they worked fine without them. I like it.

Like I said tho I was in chest deep pow all weekend so I never really had the chance to do much testing. Never done any jumps or drops. They seemed fine on the trail, and the trails were whooped to death, I pounded the crap out of the sled coming thru that and they didn't bottom out once.

I put the spacers in with my kit, haven't bottomed her out either but I was told that if you don't have the spacers and bottom out, you will blow the shocks out. that's what I was told.
