Looks like left arm held on by leathers.
Pretty floppy.
That'll hurt.

I hate watching bones and joints get messed up now. Been through enough injuries it makes it hard to watch.

Think what happened was the severe wobble coming over the rise caused the front rotors to push the pads back slightly...his brake lever came all the way to the bar at his first grab at the brake...his second grab at the brake was a little too much once the pads had reseated. Petty hard not to grab to much brake under that scenario when your going into a corner at 350 kph. Holy ****.

Do a YouTube search of video of the side shots of that straight. The speeds look insane from the side...

Amazing that the leathers even help at that speed but they do! Few broken and dislocated bones but he will heal. Have to agree with the comment earlier even watching bones get broke hurts hahah.

I thought they wore leathers with airbags in them that auto-inflate, kind of like the avy bags we wear (except the auto part)?

Insightful post, hard to explain otherwise a top tier rider simply jumping on the front brake way too hard and endo'ing the bike

I was rolling south of Calgary on HWY 2 last week and a guy passed me on pulled in front of me and bike started into a death wobble and I backed right off cause I thought he was going down . His tires were smoking and bars were tank slapping and I thought he was going down . He managed to save it and back on the throttle he went . I'm sure his pants were full

Video is getting harder to find. most of them have been pulled. This one not in english shows he might have had a rear wobble and over corrected causing the front to dart. I was watching the Isle TT last week and a rider from norway on a practice run had kind of the same thing happen coming out of a corner. Hit some trees and had a major yard sale. These guys have big balls.
