Well done! Bear is great! My buddy got one a couple years ago. Made maple breakfast sausages, was awesome in meat pies, stew etc., smoked the hams. We rendered all the fat for cooking. Just can't eat it rare.

Beauty moose and muley. I've filled both my wt tags and now back to chasing elk.

Speaking of bear I got a couple rolls of sausage last year from a buddy, it was very good.

Are you going to eat him? Always wondered what bear would taste like.
We gave it a try it wasn’t that bad actually it kinda tasted like moose but was very chewy. My bro in law took some of the meat home as I didn’t want it.

Nothing special really.
Was i one of my home made stands.
The animal is pretty special though.
