17 dollars to get in and 15.00 to park, and no deals that i can't get better online in sight. Why would you pay 32.00(money wasted) just for the pleasure(lol) of going to the expo center when you can buy exactly what you want online for a better price. Take martin motorsports for example. All of there gear that they sell at the show is available online for the same price or better. The sled show is basically like an expensive cover fee at a bar to go and drink with your buddies and talk sleds. I can do this around a fire with technically a free 26er with the money i saved from going to the show. Sled show you say, NO THANKS i say.

Yikes. Don’t go then. By the sounds of your upbeat and positive attitude, I don’t think anyone is gonna miss ya there. Just sayin…..

You forgot to take into account you could possibly rub elbows with Snow and Mud icons like Maxwell or Mike Many Numbers. That’s priceless!

I have payed a lot more just to get out for a night with some buddies to waste some cash on stuff I don’t need. Like to be inclusive, sitting at home ordering stuff online is a ton of fun as well.

I'm guessing you have a small circle of people that you hang with. Nothing wrong with that. But every time I go to the show I meet up with a great number of great people.

I’m with you on the “is it worth it” angle. I have my own friends in real life, most don’t sled, the ones that do and I ride with don’t go to the show to hang out with people they know on the internet, they are usually working or gone doing fun things on days off and attend the show once in a blue moon and maybe buy a couple things. If I need performance type parts or want to have some selection on accessory things like bumpers etc. I go to the show. If I need nothing I don’t go. I’m in and out in an hour or so, I usually see a few people I know and say hi and then I’m out. So $32 is a bit of a rip off in my books. The show seems to be more for the “look at me I’m in the snowmobile industry ” crowd and the clicky groups. I could get over the entry fee, but $15 to park a km away is a joke. I’m parking offsite this year and walking the extra distance. It’s not like you get to park close anyway

If you can’t afford 32 dollars once a year, you shouldn’t own a sled. It’s checking out new stuff and what’s new whether it be products, buying memberships, hanging out with people with the same interests. Getting pumped for another riding season. And of course the snowandmud after party. But most importantly supporting the industry. Wholly fawkin whiners, when you going to post how $hitty all the trails are cause that 25 bucks makes you intitled lol. I know I will be there if not in the booth I will spend a day just checking it out. Be a nice break from shinny top lmao!
