Anyone else find it kind of funny that they’re pretty much ditching the tmotion suspension and flex edge track on the expert but still calling it tmotion?

The new sleds look great. Good on doo bringing more refinements and improvements to their sleds.

I did think it was a bit odd to see that. "tMotion™ XT rear suspension with rigid rear arm". It's like tmotion without the tmotion, but it's extra tmotion. 😁

Gotta love the marketing departments ingenuity to stick with the name of a piece of tech that they've spent so long trying to convince us is better even though the tech is basically not there.

Also agree on the looks. If I had Maxwell's money, I'd buy two of them too.

24-25000 for the sled with the big gauge in a 154 track plus 520 commodity charge and taxes, happy to see the new gauge finally, same shitty shocks as usual it looks like, dissapointed no rear heat exchanger change would save alot more then 15 pounds if we could kee the snow buildup
Off the tunnel
Found a build from last year.
So your up $2500, 11.4% right off the bat, then that guage adds $1500.

I find it funny that all the die hard Doo guys will praise anything those frenchies throw at them and no matter how bad it is say its the best. Im no Doo fan, but its obvious this sled is ugly and the Gen 4 had way better styling, but you guys just keep gargling the balls and throwing down the deposits on these crazy over priced sleds.

To each their own. Far from a Doo buy (although I'm on one now). Really like the looks of this one too be honest.

Some guys like Chevy, some like Ram, and some even like a Honda Ridgeline.

Looks are personal preference. There isn’t one machine from any manufacturer that we would all agree is the best looking. The good thing about the looks is they don’t directly impact performance. So love them or hate them they still perform the same. Not really sure what your getting at but what is it exactly about this sled we shouldn’t be praising? It’s lighter, more power, more refined, narrower. They really did a good job here and proof will be on the snow next season as to just how good of a job they did. Then the looks certainly won’t matter! Is there more to be done? Sure! But we have 4 years now to steadily enjoy minor refinements year to year on this g5 . But what a great start.

Looks like a gimbly, flexy thing to me...

That's just the summit X/Freeride not the expert.... if you look in the options when building the summit X/freeride you can add the Tmotion delete for $150

As far as looks go, I hated the looks of the G4, and still doo, however I quite like this G5, but hey, beauty is in the eye of the Beer holder.

MSRP was right around $2400 for two additional years on my 22. Would guess in the $1400 range for one extra year on the 23.
That 1400 per year would be a wise investment takin the costs of these engines now adays, asked my dealer for a quote to add it to the 2023 hasnt got back to me

Agreed. Deals to be had on the warranty as well at the dealer. If they want to deal.
