Been in Revy all week, Monday was deep and sunny broke trail all day. Tuesday went up eagles still good but not as good as Monday. Woke up to over a foot in town in Revy today it was mental up too handle bar deep and it’s still coming down. Happy sledding!

Highway two accident. Back roads to Cochrane over hwy1a. Accidents by Banff. Gonna be a long ride to Revy.

Freezing level went way up today . More snow last night but it was warm and I was snowblowing popsicles out the chute . Avalanche warnings everywhere around

Anyone ride today? Was there an ice crust on top of the fresh?

Significant ice crust at Blue lake I can confirm it was brutal. It sounds like alot of sicamous areas were hit with a bit of it. Revy today had no ice crust.

It was practically unrideable at Hunters. Trying to find out how widespread it was. Rode closer to Revy today - no ice.
Sounds like Hunters / Owls / Blue were most affected.
