Anyone pick up that the new Summit X w/ Expert package has a 15in. wide track?
Must compliment the narrow 34in ski stance.

Yes I noticed that when comparing between the summit x and expert. Summit x has 154x16x2.5 or 3, 165x16x2.5 or 3

Whereas the expert is 154,165, 175, x15x3
And has the adjustable limiter strap, and the 34" front, havent been able

How ever in the tech specs its listed as 16 wide

Show 15in on the website but 16in wide on the spec sheet. I'm guessing it's a error on the site or they would have brought up a 15in track during the reveal.

So basically, 34" stance, adjustable limiter strap, some hand guards, a shorter riser and a better rear track shock is all that's different this year between the x and the Xpert. 20210217_145010.jpg 20210217_145027.jpg

The summit edge, however says both on the website and spec sheet that the 175 is a 15 wide and looks to be the ONLY option for a 175 unless you go with a turbo. 20210217_145829.jpg

With pricing like that it seems like Cat is just giving up. Im not a Doo fan but for $1500-$2000 more for a factory turbo I just might become one.

Not surprised we didnt see much change for the mountain lineup. the 3 year warranty is great on the turbos. We have it pretty good. I am however very impressed with the trail machine improvements. That active shock technology is next level for that crowd, and the 185hp Machz with launch control is pretty neat also.

so the Summit Edge is 15" wide, short tunnel in season?

I like the little glovebox over the headlights again

On the spec sheet the 175 is listed as a 15 wide. Everything else is 16 wide. Same ****ty shocks as the SP, has shot start, has the x package seat, short tunnel, possibly the small diameter handle bars, and the only 175 non turbo option from what I've been able to find. I would bet it has the same running boards as the SP.
