Mint trails on Boulder. The trail extends all the way into backside of Turbo and beyond, but that's as far as we took it.
Pretty cold out there, perhaps we are soft. Sleds were overheating in the early morning heading up the trail, had to stop and dig a pit multiple times.

I am left wondering why the club doesn't groom the wide portion of the trail into Turtle, say once every two weeks.. The whoops there are probably the worst in the Revy region.

Go to the Revy club page and send them an e-mail about grooming that access road and question it?
Get board of directors e-mail and raise concern and ask to have issue brought up at next meeting.
Squecky wheel gets the grease.
Also, ask about expanding parking lot.
All members should do this......Only way things get better.
\A few have done this, but we need many more members to do it.

As much as I’d love that… perhaps it would encourage people who shouldn’t try go there to go there? Lol

So since the snow is shitty I will post this here. Pro tip on calling helicopters is let them know what RR channel you are on so you can talk to them.

Also Arrow Helicopters is possibly the best in Revy, 2nd rescue I have used them for, make sure to carry their number.

Had a couple all right days at Revy. Was cool but bearable. Good snow on Boulder if you knew some spots but those spots are getting less and less each year with the massive crowds exploring tracks that seemingly lead to no where. Wednesday the main areas were 75% used up. Should be completely paved for the weekenders. Frisby was sunny and cool on Thursday but I have never seen it that pounded out in all the years I have rode it. It was paved wall to wall all the way to the lookout. Ridge was brutal for whoops. Great Canadian had a group from Dubai riding with guides that day. Yes, that Dubai.

Kibbels rode with us Wednesday. Was fun to hook up with him. He climbed the lake chute on the last lake for our viewing pleasure. Small mistake at the top but even the Russian judge still gave him a 9.9/10 in our books. Will post the vid if I can get it to post. For some reason it won't attach from my photo's.

Travel over the Rogers Pass was delayed today for an accident headed west. When we went through this morning a semi with a huge cement structure was wedged in the first tunnel and had tore out some beams and cement at the start of the tunnel. Load was to high. Not sure how this will affect the integrity of that tunnel forward.

There is a half dozen reasons why this statement is true and I don't mean that in a condescending way.

I have been quite suspired to see a local, well respected guiding company repeatedly taking groups on rentals, clearly above their skill level into this area.
Was that CKMP, saw a group in there too. When did they get tenure there?
